6. IT-Mindz will prepare you a quotation and provide you with ideas on how you can market your site and promote your organization.

7. If you select IT-Mindz as a service provider we will develop your site in a staging area where you will see (an approve) elements of  the site as it is developed.

8. Upon completion, and your approval, we will upload the finished product to your web hosting service provider.  If you do not have a web service provider, IT-Mindz can recommend a hosting service that meets your business requirements.

Goal:
To provide an Executive team with an electronic repository of captured Executive Retreat memories.

Solution:
The solution was based on the photography taken at different retreats.  For each retreat, a new site was developed and referenced from a main 'home' page.  Once the content was approved, a CD was created and copies made for each retreat participant. 

Results:
Captured on CD are the memories and commitments of each retreat participant.
