Steps in Starting
Your Web Site

1. Develop a vision
of your site, understanding the purpose, and value
for visitors.

2. Decide on a custom developed
or template style site.

3. Think about the content you'd like on each
page.  Consider elements and functionality you've seen on other sites.

4. Think about how your site could deliver value above and beyond your competitors sites.

5. Contact IT-Mindz by clicking here to describe your vision, thoughts and template numbers so you can have a quotation promptly prepared.

6. IT-Mindz will prepare you a quotation and provide you with ideas on how you can market your site and promote your organization.

7. If you select IT-Mindz as a service provider we will develop your site in a staging area where you will see (an approve) elements of  the site as it is developed.

8. Upon completion, and your approval, we will upload the finished product to your web hosting service provider.  If you do not have a web service provider, IT-Mindz can recommend a hosting service that meets your business requirements.

Goal:
The Recreational Minor Hockey Association (RMHA) of Niagara Falls was looking to develop a web presence that better reflected the nature of their non-profit organization.

Solution:
IT-Mindz worked with representatives of the RMHA to develop a site vision.  IT-Mindz developed a look specific to the RMHA.  Based on the overall site objectives, content was developed.  Training was completed so that the RMHA could make minor modifications to their site as they required.
IT-Mindz however, is always there to assist and support the RMHA site.

Results:
The site was developed on time and on budget.  The new site promotes the organization and the values it stands for.  Following IT-Mindz's 'three clicks to value' methodology, RMHA stakeholders are able to find information they seek quickly.

Quotation:
"It- Mindz will develop for your organization a unique web-site specific to your profile in a professional manner with a high quality of creativity and reach the expectations of your time lines and monetary goals.

Joe listened to all our ideas and needs. He took the time to develop a mock up of the site and develop a strategic plan for us. He had a great understanding of what the RMHA wanted to create. It was a pleasure to work together. Joe has a very high level of communication skills. It-Mindz worked continuously and quickly in a professional manner to accommodate any suggestions from the board members. All time lines and budget were met. The end result is a web-site the RMHA is very proud of and gives the league a new profile.

Most importantly, Joe wanted to make sure we were pleased with all aspects of the site and that everyone was completely satisfied."
